Complimentary SF Express delivery. Estimated delivery is 2 to 5 business days. Checkout is completed through PayPal and charged in USD.

Shanghai Visitor Delivery

Orders placed through the Shanghai Visitor experience are eligible for free next-day delivery across Shanghai.

Orders placed before 2pm are expected to arrive before 6pm the following day. Orders are dispatched from Changsha.

Hotel reception, serviced apartment and residential delivery are supported.

Please provide your hotel or property name, guest name, phone number and complete Shanghai delivery address at checkout.

Delivery timing may be affected by exceptional courier delays, severe weather or address issues.

Standard Shipping $10 · Free Shipping over $168

Estimated delivery is 7 to 12 business days. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is the most current estimate for the destination and order.

Shipping to the United States is available for addresses accepted at checkout. Alaska and Hawaii are not available at checkout.

Any taxes or duties charged on an order are shown during checkout before payment.

Order processing and tracking

Tracking details are sent after an order has shipped. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email contact@an-apothecary.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and shipping packaging. After verification, a damaged-in-transit order is eligible for a replacement or refund.
