How to receive your candle during a Shanghai visit

Free next-day Shanghai delivery. Order today. Expected delivery by 6 PM tomorrow. All times are Shanghai time. Shanghai orders are fulfilled locally for Shanghai delivery. Enter your hotel name, guest name, phone number and full Shanghai address at checkout. Check with reception that they can receive the parcel, and allow time before your departure.

Because AN candles are hand-poured in small batches, delivery may take longer if a formula is temporarily out of stock. If this happens, we’ll contact you by email with an updated delivery estimate. Delivery timing may also be affected by courier delays, weather, address issues or other exceptional circumstances.

What comes with the gift?

Each candle arrives with an AN gift box, a Formula / state card and an English scent card, with no price slip. Add a note about where you discovered the maker or why the scent reminded you of the trip. One truthful detail makes the gift personal.

Before the journey home

Check the packed size and weight against the space in your luggage, and keep the protective packaging. Consult your airline and the official baggage and import rules for your route and destination before deciding how to pack it. Delivery in Shanghai does not establish permission to carry or import the product elsewhere.

What if I need to return it?

Return requests can be made within 10 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Once approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided by email. Damaged or incorrect orders: Contact us promptly with your order number and photos. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
