AN offers free next-day Shanghai delivery, including hotel reception delivery. Order before 2pm Shanghai time for arrival before 6pm the following day. Enter your hotel name, guest name, phone number and full Shanghai address at checkout. Check with reception that they can receive the parcel, and allow time before your departure.

Returns for a refund are accepted when the product is complete and in good condition for resale. Contact AN with your order number to arrange the return. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact AN promptly with your order number and photos so the team can review it.
